West Queen Anne Mediterranean

Wallingford Tudor Cottage

Step Up painting was called in to put on the finishing touches after all of the windows of this Wallingford Craftsman were replaced. We painted both the interior and exterior aspects of this project including the exterior trim and brick molding.

Ravenna Autumn Craftsman

The repainting of the South and Southwest siding of this home were done as recurring maintenance on a house that would need residing or paint stripping to fully resolve the home’s paint issues.

Queen Anne Mission Revival

This stucco sided Queen Anne home needed a little extra work. Rot needed to be fixed around some windows, and special care was taken to caulk the windows in well to prevent this in the future. Elastomeric patching compound was used to repair stucco cracks. Benjamin Moore Brand Premium Exterior paint was used to finish off the paint job on this striking home.

Montlake Handsome Shingle Style

This bold colored Montlake home was a real physical challenge to work on as it is built on a steep hill with no uphill access. Cleaning was also a challenge as it had not been painted of over twenty years. After all of the hard work the results is one that reflects the sweat poured into this project.

Montlake Charming Bungalow

This cute little Montlake home was a challenge to prepare for painting. We fixed nearly every exterior aspect of the house coatings from window glazing to concrete painting and rot repair. Benjamin Moore Brand Premium exterior paints were used to finish off after the extensive prep. In summary a project we spent a lot of time on and we are quite proud of.

Ballard Classic Craftsman

This Ballard craftsman needed all sorts of prep work before painting. We fixed rot, window glazing, failing paint, and stucco repair before any painting happened. Two coats of Benjamin Moore Premium Exterior paint were used in the siding windows and trim, Aura on the front door and Porch and Floor paint for walking surfaces.

Fremont Celadon Green Craftsman

This Fremont house needed paint stripping of the south side and skim coating of other areas of siding before we could prime and paint with Benjamin Moore paint. The extensive prep work resulted in new looking siding on a 100 year old home.

Wedgewood Ranch Style

Step Up painting painted this house in the middle of the heat wave in 2009. We managed to get the job completed after a beak in the weather. Corrugated cedar shingles were prepped and primed with Peel Stop Primer and finished with two coats of Premium Benjamin Moore exterior paint.

Phinney Ridge Split-Level Bungalow

Care was taken to paint the trim, but not the stained siding of this Phinney Ridge bungalow.
