Town Center Neo-Eclectic

This Woodinville town home should not have needed repainting if it was painted properly in the first place. We fixed the builders cost saving, cheap paint job to give our clients a proper paint finish

Meridian Park Half Brick Ranch

This Shoreline home was previously stained and Step Up Painting came in to give this house a brand new painted look. Priming of all surfaces was undertaken to give a solid base before painting with two coats of Premium Benjamin Moore exterior products.

Yost Park Shingle/Lap Siding Combo Neo-Eclectic

This relatively well-maintained home was in very good shape except on the west-facing (front) section of the home where significant but simple standard prep was required. Step Up Painting used a combination of pressure washing, scraping, wire-brushing, sanding, spot-priming, caulking, and filling.

Richmond Beach Cheery Ranch

This Shoreline home needed many little details taken care of to achieve this clean new look, from painting, to staining and varnishing.

Mays Pond Contemporary Colors, on a Turret!

To reduce the risk of future peeling paint, we spot-primed with Peel-Stop primer, a viscous, milky primer that goes on white and dries clear (think Elmer’s glue). Of course we caulked all suitable cracks and filled several knot holes with two-part epoxy wood filler before spraying and back-brushing the siding and hand-painting all the trim. Pretty straight-forward stuff.
